4. Pricing & VAT Relief
Many mobility products qualify for VAT exemption for customers who are chronically sick or disabled.
Prices shown on our website are generally displayed excluding VAT.
To claim VAT relief, customers must complete a VAT Relief Declaration confirming eligibility under HMRC Notice 701/7.
If you are not eligible for VAT exemption, VAT will be added at the standard UK rate.
Providing false information in a VAT declaration may result in penalties from HMRC.

7. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product.

8. Delivery & Setup Responsibility
Where a product is delivered and demonstrated, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their needs before use.
Once delivery and demonstration have been completed and the customer has accepted the product, responsibility for safe operation transfers to the customer.
Customers should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and user manual.

Customers may collect orders from our showroom at:

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
10. Used Mobility Scooters
Used mobility scooters sold by Humber Mobility Ltd are inspected and tested prior to sale.
Used scooters may show cosmetic wear consistent with normal use including:

Marks
-
Signs of previous use
These cosmetic marks do not affect the safe operation of the scooter and are not considered faults.
11. Warranty
Products supplied by Humber Mobility Ltd are covered by a manufacturer or retailer warranty.

Battery range figures advertised by manufacturers are maximum test ranges achieved under ideal conditions. Actual range may vary depending on:

Battery performance reduction over time is considered normal wear and tear.
13. Insurance Services
